Build products,not just features.

A studio in Jaffna that runs four of its own products. Whatever you build here, you are also the one who keeps it running.

Nothing open right now.

We would rather say that than keep a role posted for the sake of looking like we are growing. If you build the kind of thing we build, send it anyway — we read everything, and we remember good work when a seat does open.

Send us your work
How hiring works here

Five steps, and you hear back at each one.

Applying for a job is work, and being left waiting is the worst part of it. This is what happens after you send something, in order.

  1. 01

You send work, not a CV

A repository, a product you shipped, a case study, a piece of writing. A CV tells us where you were; the work tells us what you did. Send both if you like, but the work is the part we read.

  2. 02

    A founder reads it

Not a recruiter and not a filter — we are small enough that the person who would work with you is the person looking at your application. You get an answer either way.

  3. 03

    A conversation

One call, about an hour. What you have built, what you want to build next, and what we are actually working on. Ask us the hard questions here; we would rather answer them now than after you have resigned somewhere.

  4. 04

    Something real, scoped small

For most roles we look at a piece of work together — a problem from our own products, small enough to fit an afternoon. If it takes longer than that, we pay for your time.

  5. 05

Meet the people, then an offer

You meet whoever you would sit with day to day. If it is right on both sides, the offer comes in writing with the terms spelled out — pay, hours, what the first month looks like.
