SaaS Development
Multi-tenant products with billing, roles and onboarding that actually work.
We run four SaaS products of our own, so we have already paid for the mistakes: tenant isolation that leaks, plan gates bolted on late, billing that cannot handle a downgrade. A SaaS build with us starts from the parts that are painful to retrofit.
What the work includes
- Multi-tenant data model with isolation enforced at the database, not the UI
- Plans, entitlements and feature gates designed before the first screen
- Subscription billing, invoices and the awkward cases — downgrades, refunds, failed payments
- Onboarding that gets a new customer to value without a call
- Admin tooling for your team, because support is a product surface
How it runs
- 01
Model
Tenants, roles and plans on paper first. This is the decision that is most expensive to change later.
- 02
Build the spine
Auth, tenancy, entitlements and billing before features, so nothing has to be unpicked.
- 03
Ship and learn
First customers on early, with the instrumentation to see where they stall.

These are products we built, run and support — not a portfolio of work we handed over and stopped thinking about.
Questions
Can you take over a SaaS someone else started?
Often, yes. The first question we ask is how tenant data is separated — if that is wrong, it is the first thing to fix and we will say so.
Do we have to use your billing choices?
No. We will recommend what fits the market you sell into, including local payment rails in Sri Lanka.
